A fire alarm system is the most critical life safety system in any building. It must work — reliably, every time, with no false alarms that cause occupants to ignore warnings when a real emergency occurs. We design, supply, and install fire alarm systems that meet NFPA 72 and BS 5839 standards, properly zoned for your building layout, with the right detector types for each area and a reliable panel with battery backup.
🚨
Addressable Panels
Full device-level identification — know exactly which detector has triggered, isolate faults without zone shutdown.
🔥
Detector Selection
Right detector type for each area — smoke, heat, CO, beam, aspirating — based on the environment and risk profile.
📢
Voice Evacuation
Integration with PA/voice evacuation systems for clear verbal emergency instructions and phased evacuation.
💧
Sprinkler Integration
Sprinkler flow switch monitoring and valve tamper detection integrated with the fire alarm panel.
🏢
BMS Integration
Fire alarm panel status and events visible on the Building Management System for centralised monitoring.
🔋
Battery Backup
Compliant standby power — 24 or 72-hour battery backup depending on building classification and local code requirements.
→ Addressable or conventional — which system do we need?
Addressable systems are recommended for medium to large buildings — they identify the exact device that has triggered, make fault isolation far easier, and provide a more granular evacuation strategy. Conventional systems are appropriate for small buildings with simple layouts. We make this recommendation during the site survey with clear reasoning.
→ Do you provide annual maintenance contracts?
Yes — fire alarm systems require regular testing and maintenance to remain compliant and operational. We offer annual maintenance contracts that include quarterly inspection, annual full test, and emergency callout response.
